In Memoriam Lynne Duggan

Our dear friend and colleague, Lynne Duggan, passed away surrounded by family and friends on June 13, 2011, at Parkview Adventist Medical Center in Brunswick, Maine.

She was dearly loved and respected by her Evans & Katz family and will always be missed.

TRUE FRIENDS
 
"We're friends" is often spoken too casually,
Its meaning often unclear,
The true meaning is difficult to explain,
To those who don't have a friend,
 
For those fortunate few,
Its meaning stretches the bounds of infinity,
Its warmth is never chilled,
Not by cold or separation, or absence of words,
 
For true friends have a closeness all their own,
Always present, always near,
Residing genuine and deep in their hearts,
Never lessened, never questioned,
 
Always there, as each is for the other.

Lynne was very passionate about her local hospital, Parkview Adventist Medical Center, where she birthed her children, visited loved ones over the years, received her chemo and ultimately passed away.
